Our beautiful new cattery is proving very popular with our regular customers and is also drawing in many new clients, meaning that we are filling up quicker than usual for the popular school holidays. Both the deluxe and standard cattery suites are already fully booked for some of the busy school holiday dates - please remember: there are less cattery suites now and some of our regular customers have already been disappointed recently. We have added some ‘waiting rooms’ (top veterinary-quality holding pens) into the new cattery kitchen to help with our busy changeover days, or when delayed collections hold up the smooth running of our routine.
IMPORTANT: There have been some changes to our boarding Terms and Conditions so please read them thoroughly next time you book. (The T&C’s on the website have not yet been updated, but a copy can be obtained from reception or sent by email or post on request.)
After absorbing escalating overheads for over 2 years, we sadly must increase prices to ensure the continuation of our usual high standard of care. As from 1st April 2013 (price review date), dogs are now priced at £18.50 and £20.50 respectively, standard cattery suites at £10.00 (deluxe cattery suites will remain at the same price) and the pets on 12 hourly medication fee at £2.00 per day.
Due to the heavy traffic caused by the building work, our driveway is suffering badly. We are hoping it will hold out a while longer, then the next plan is to rebuild the driveway. In the meantime, we apologise for the potholes and ask you to drive slowly.
We are delighted to announce the return this month of one of our team members, Tanyel Meadows, who has been busy following the birth of her second daughter. Also we would like to offer our congratulations to our manageress Kimberley, who recently got married. Well done to the new Mrs. Baxter!
