IMPORTANT NEWS FOR CUSTOMERS
If you have visited us at Ladybird recently you may have noticed a number of tarpaulins over a few roofs. This is due to the winter storms with the 80 mph winds. Our poor Reception roof has taken quite a battering, and now the rain has finally stopped we will be starting repairs. As well as wind and rain damage to the Reception, it also needs some wood replacement due to age, and whilst completing this work we will be adding insulation.
So this letter is to give you, our valued customers, advance warning that our Reception will be out of action for a few weeks during the repair work. All customers will be asked to report to our office in the the main house to book in their pets and to purchase goods. Service will continue as usual.
Once the Reception work is completed, we hope to re-surface the driveway which has been damaged by the bad weather and previous building work. In the meantime, we apologise for the pot-holes and ask you to drive slowly.
We hope that you will not be too inconvenienced by the works or disruptions, and we look forward to providing you with improved facilities as time progresses.
As always, we would like to thank you for your continued support and numerous recommendations.
With best wishes to you all.
